Getting To Know Forward Futures.
Forward Futures is a people-centered, women-led strategy practice built on a simple belief: meaningful change deserves thoughtful strategy. We partner with organizations and individuals navigating growth, opportunity, and complexity by helping them move from vision to action with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Through strategic planning, leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and evaluation, we help build stronger organizations, stronger leaders, and brighter futures.
To us, strategy is more than a deliverable—it's a way of thinking. It begins with listening before leading, asking thoughtful questions before offering answers, and designing solutions that people can actually carry forward. It values curiosity over assumptions, collaboration over ego, and progress over perfection. Whether we're helping an organization rethink its future or supporting an individual through a season of transition, our work begins in the same place: understanding where you are, where you're trying to go, and building a path to get there.
We intentionally call ourselves strategists because our role extends beyond providing recommendations. We are thought partners, facilitators, coaches, analysts, and collaborators who bring diverse perspectives and expertise to complex challenges. Our team is made up of experienced women from across disciplines, each contributing unique strengths while sharing a common commitment to helping people navigate change with confidence. Every engagement is grounded in partnership because we believe the strongest strategies aren't created for people—they're built with them.
Forward Futures was created to bridge a gap we saw too often.
Organizations frequently need trusted guidance before they're ready for a large consulting engagement. Leaders need a sounding board as they navigate difficult decisions. Professionals deserve someone to help them think strategically about their careers and futures. Not every challenge requires a months-long project or a therapeutic intervention—sometimes it simply requires the right conversation with the right person at the right time.
We believe everyone deserves access to thoughtful partnership, whether they're building a strategic plan, leading through uncertainty, or simply asking, "What's next?" Wherever you are in your journey, we're here to help you move forward with intention.
Most organizations focus
on either systems
or individuals.
Forward Futures does both.

Meet the Founder.
Hi, I’m Brittany.
Social worker. Strategist.
Partner in Change.
In 2018, I discovered the work I was meant to do: helping people who help people.
Since then, I’ve partnered with school districts, universities, nonprofits, government agencies, and philanthropic organizations across the country to design strategies that create meaningful, measurable change for young people.
Along the way, I realized something important: organizations don’t create impact...
-
PEOPLE DO.
The strongest organizations are built by people with a clear vision, the courage to navigate change, and a strategy that turns good intentions into lasting results. That’s where I thrive.
I love helping organizations make sense of complexity, align people around a shared direction, and use data not just to measure outcomes, but to tell the story of their impact. One of my greatest fears is watching incredible organizations pour their hearts into meaningful work with nothing to show for it because they lack the systems, evidence, or strategy to demonstrate the difference they’re making. I believe every mission deserves a story backed by data, and every strategy should move people closer to lasting impact.
That same belief extends beyond organizations.
I believe individuals deserve thoughtful strategies for their own lives and careers. Too often we let life happen to us instead of intentionally shaping where we’re headed. Whether I’m coaching an emerging leader, helping someone navigate a career transition, or supporting professionals as they define what’s next, my goal is the same: to help people become the lead strategist of their own future.
Forward Futures exists at the intersection of these two callings. It is a love letter to the leaders who are growing organizations while growing themselves—because meaningful impact begins with people.
Together with a collaborative of exceptional women strategists, we partner with mission-driven organizations and purpose-driven individuals to bring clarity to complexity, transform ideas into action, and build strategies that create lasting impact. We believe the best work isn’t done alone; it’s built through trust, shared purpose, and genuine partnership.
Whether you’re strengthening an organization or shaping the next chapter of your own life, we’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Because when people have a strategy, impact follows.

Her goal is to foster classrooms where creativity is celebrated, independence is encouraged, and every student feels empowered to learn and grow.
Beyond her profession, Bianca's most meaningful role is being a mother. Watching her son grow has inspired her to think deeply about the kind of world she is helping shape.
